Released in 2023, the MSI (Microtech Standard Issue) marks Microtech's first knife to showcase its innovative RAM-LOK technology. This robust variation of the crossbar lock features Microtech's signature step pattern, popularized by the actuation switches on the Ultratech series. The large blade cutout allows for easy reverse middle finger flicks as well as traditional slow-roll thumb openings, with or without gloves. Alternatively, you can simply pull down on the RAM-LOK, and the blade quickly deploys with a wrist flick. The injection-molded handles are smooth yet slightly tacky, ensuring a secure grip in both standard and reverse grips.
