The Irregular Design Group HESYCHIA 7SIX2 is a purpose-built, heavy-duty .30 caliber suppressor engineered for high-pressure, supersonic rifle cartridges and sustained full-auto use. Manufactured from monolithic 3D-printed Inconel 718, the 7SIX2 combines advanced low-backpressure technology, exceptional thermal durability, and innovative mounting solutions in a compact 6-inch package.

Available in both Hesion Bow and HUB configurations, the 7SIX2 is designed to deliver reliable suppression without compromising host firearm performance.

Advanced Low-Backpressure Technology

Unlike conventional suppressors that trap combustion gases and can increase pressure within the firearm's operating system, the HESYCHIA 7SIX2 uses advanced internal gas-routing geometry to manage pressure immediately as gases exit the muzzle.

Its specially engineered blast chamber, early annular intake channels, and internal gas redirection pathways move expanding gases forward through the suppressor rather than allowing excessive pressure to build and travel backward into the firearm.

This technology is designed to provide:

• Reduced gas blowback toward the shooter

• Less additional pressure in the firearm's operating system

• Improved cycling consistency

• Reduced need for adjustable gas blocks, heavier buffers, or additional host tuning

• Reliable performance during demanding firing schedules

Monolithic 3D-Printed Inconel 718 Construction

The 7SIX2 is manufactured using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), an advanced metal 3D-printing process that allows IDG to create intricate internal structures that would be extremely difficult or impossible to manufacture through conventional machining.

Rather than relying on traditional stacked baffles, the suppressor is constructed as a single monolithic Inconel 718 body with precisely engineered internal gas pathways.

Inconel 718 is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy selected for its exceptional resistance to heat, erosion, and repeated thermal cycling.

The result is a suppressor capable of handling 80 rounds of 7.62x51mm fired in just 30 seconds, with cooling to 140°F required before repeating that firing schedule.

Two Mounting Options

HESYCHIA 7SIX2 – Hesion Bow

The proprietary Hesion Bow mounting system incorporates a unique dual-locking design engineered for maximum retention and repeatable alignment.

Its primary locking mechanism utilizes a 15-degree taper and 1 1/8"-8 left-hand American Buttress Thread to create a secure mechanical connection. A secondary locking system features six integrated flexure pawls that engage 32 locking grooves on the muzzle device.

This redundant locking technology is designed to prevent unwanted rotation and loosening during heavy firing schedules.

The native Hesion Bow configuration also allows IDG to utilize additional internal space around the locking mechanism for gas management.

HESYCHIA 7SIX2-H – HUB Mount

For shooters who prefer mounting flexibility, the 7SIX2-H features the industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB threaded interface, allowing compatibility with a wide variety of aftermarket mounting systems.

The HUB version maintains the same Inconel construction, low-backpressure design philosophy, and full-auto duty rating as the proprietary Hesion Bow model.

While the HUB interface sacrifices some internal space dedicated to gas management, it offers the advantage of integrating with existing HUB-compatible mounting hardware.

The proprietary IDG Hesion Bow mounting system can also be used with the HUB version when paired with the appropriate Hesion Bow HUB adapter.
