The Thunder Beast Arms Corporation (TBAC) FLY 45 is a lightweight, modular .45 caliber suppressor engineered for exceptional sound suppression, durability, and versatility. Built with an all-titanium construction, the FLY 45 delivers industry-leading .45 ACP suppression performance while weighing 25–50% less than many competing suppressors.

Designed for both pistol and rifle applications, the FLY 45 features a two-piece modular configuration, allowing users to switch between full-length and compact setups. Its broad caliber compatibility includes .45 ACP, 10mm, 9mm, .300 Blackout, .308 Winchester, 5.56 NATO, .45-70 Government, .450 Bushmaster, and 8.6 Blackout, subject to manufacturer restrictions.

The FLY 45 also features an industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB mounting interface, providing compatibility with a wide variety of mounting systems. Its included .578-28 piston and booster assembly support compatible tilting-barrel pistols, while the removable booster assembly allows additional mounting options for fixed-barrel firearms.
